What You'll Be Doing

Every new vehicle sold has a journey before it reaches its new owner, and you'll be right at the centre of it.

Working from our Eagle Farm dealership, you'll coordinate suppliers, internal departments and vehicle preparation teams to ensure every vehicle is delivered on time and to the high standards our customers expect.

Think of it as a mix of administration, logistics, project coordination, stock control, scheduling and customer delivery support all rolled into one.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be organising accessory installations, the next you'll be coordinating suppliers, tracking vehicle progress, or working with multiple departments to keep everything moving.

What We're Looking For

Experience in pre-delivery coordination, administration, stock control or scheduling, will be highly regarded - but we're more interested in finding the right person than someone who ticks every box.

You'll stand out if you have:

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Robust administration skills

- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

- The ability to work independently and take initiative

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Eagle Farm dealership.
