We're seeking an experienced and safety-focused Skilled Dozer Operator to join our growing team, working across major civil construction and mining projects throughout Western Australia.

We're looking for a capable operator who is highly skilled on a dozer, competent to jump into a grader when required, and confident working with GPS systems, following designs and working accurately to levels and specifications .

About the Role

As a Skilled Dozer Operator, you'll play a key role in the safe and effective delivery of our projects. on a 2:1 DIDO roster located in Greenbushes WA.

You'll be confident working to GPS designs and willing to jump on a grader or other equipment when required to support the team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Dozers safely and efficiently across civil and mining projects
- Work accurately to GPS designs, levels and site specifications




- Communicate effectively with truck operators using positive communications to maintain safe operations
- Conduct and maintain daily pre-start inspections and plant checks
- Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
- Work closely with supervisors, surveyors and site crews
- Maintain compliance with all client and company safety requirements
- Competently operate a Grader and assist on other mobile plant when required
