Rydges Melbourne, part of EVT Group, is seeking a Group & Reservations Agent to manage group enquiries and reservations. You will convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, working across reservations and group sales to maximise revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will coordinate with Events and Revenue teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure accurate rate codes and room allocations in a fast-paced hotel setting.
