Bupa Dental is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for Barrabool Belmont, Victoria. You will lead a vibrant, resident-led lifestyle program, coordinating activities and events to promote connection, purpose and wellbeing across the home.
You will mentor the Wellbeing Carer team, manage community connections, and ensure accurate lifestyle documentation, with a focus on Montessori-inspired engagement for residents including those living with dementia.
