#### Sales Representative – Construction Steel ProductsSunshine North, VIC 3020Full Time#### Job descriptionGulsons Enterprise is seeking a Sales Representative with experience in construction steel products to join our team in Sunshine North, Victoria.The successful candidate will develop business-to-business sales, manage commercial customer relationships, and support the sale of construction steel and related industrial products.Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain relationships with builders, wholesalers, fabricators and other commercial customers.* Identify recent business and sales opportunities.* Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable steel and industrial products.* Understand and communicate product specifications and applications.* Provide product pricing, availability, and delivery information.* Prepare and follow up quotations and sales orders.* Negotiate prices and commercial terms.* Maintain customer accounts and accurate sales records.* Coordinate customer orders and delivery requirements.* Monitor customer requirements, market conditions and competitor activity.* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve sales-related issues.* Prepare sales reports and provide information to management.Skills & ExperienceEssentials* Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience in construction steel or related industrial products.* Experience dealing with builders, wholesalers,



fabricators or other commercial customers.* Knowledge of product specifications, applications and customer requirements.* Experience preparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms.* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.* Ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
