We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives under pressure, develops excellent teams and takes pride in running a busy, successful restaurant.About the RoleAs Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Director to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the floor during service with confidence and energyDelivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns professionallySupervising, coaching and motivating the FOH teamAssisting with staff recruitment, onboarding and trainingMaintaining high service standards and ensuring SOPs are followedManaging bookings and table allocations to maximise revenueMonitoring labour costs and productivityAssisting with stock control, ordering and inventoryEnsuring food safety,
