Service Technician - Commercial swimming pools/spas

About the Team

Operating across NSW, our specialised team provides water and wastewater treatment services across a large portfolio of clients, including large national and international brands state-wide. We are looking for a self-motivated commercial swimming pool/spa service technician to join our expert team.

Your responsibilities will include

Installing and servicing high-quality pool/spa equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automated cleaning systems

Performing comprehensive pool/spa maintenance and water quality checks

Expertly diagnosing and fixing equipment issues

Offering professional advice on pool equipment upgrades and maintenance

Ensuring optimal water chemistry through testing and treatment

Must-have skills

Proven experience in commercial pool maintenance and equipment installation or similar

Solid technical knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry

A competency and aptitude to follow written detailed work instructions and testing procedures.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in environments that may require lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. A physical capability to manual handle 15 - 25 kg of chemical drums and equipment.

You are an Australian Citizen.

You have an Unrestricted Driver's License, good driving history with sufficient demerit points

You are able to get a current National Police Clearance.

Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. This includes explaining technical information clearly and understandably.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers, address their concerns, and provide a high level of service.

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to Swimming Pools to ensure compliance.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while working with chemicals and equipment.
