Endeavour Group is seeking a senior leader to head Ad Platforms and Operations for its MixIn retail media business. You will own platform strategy, governance, and tech roadmaps across Dan Murphy’s, BWS, and ALH, driving monetisation and operational excellence.

The role requires proven experience in technology-enabled operations, senior leadership, and cross-functional delivery, with a hybrid base in Sydney or Melbourne. Excellent collaboration with vendor partners is expected.
