The Role

The Site Manager will take full ownership of the day-to-day leadership, performance and culture of a busy manufacturing operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead day-to-day site operations across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality.

- Drive performance across safety, quality, service, productivity and cost.

- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, yield, labour efficiency and waste reduction.

- Oversee preventative maintenance, asset reliability, breakdown response and capital projects.





- Manage site operating costs and capital expenditure, ensuring financial targets are achieved.

- Lead, coach and develop Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS/OHS, food safety and legislative requirements.

- Build strong relationships across the site and create a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

Your Background

This role will suit a visible, hands‑on manufacturing leader with a proven track record managing a complex food manufacturing operation.

You will also bring:

- Proven experience leading Production and broader site operations.

- Experience managing operational budgets, cost performance and capital expenditure.

- Demonstrated experience overseeing maintenance, asset reliability and capital projects.

- A track record of improving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.

- Understanding of industrial relations, employment legislation and relevant awards.

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
