Director – Office Leasing | Sydney CBD & North Sydney
Lead the leasing strategy across two of Sydney’s key commercial markets.
We’re partnering with an established commercial real estate agency looking for a senior Office Leasing Director to lead its Sydney CBD and North Sydney leasing teams.
This is more than a deal-running role. You’ll take ownership of team performance, leasing strategy, major tenant relationships and growth opportunities across both markets. Director in Charge
The opportunity
- Lead, mentor and drive a team of leasing professionals across Sydney CBD & North Sydney
- Own leasing strategy across the business, focused on occupancy, rental performance and new opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with key occupiers, landlords and industry contacts
- Lead major lease negotiations and work closely with legal and finance through the deal process
- Use market intelligence to identify opportunities, competitive positioning and emerging trends
- Oversee leasing campaigns and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business
- Provide senior management with leasing forecasts, market insights and growth opportunities
What they’re looking for
You’ll already have a strong track record in commercial leasing, ideally with genuine experience leading people and managing senior client relationships. You’ll bring solid negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Sydney commercial market and the ability to both win deals and lift the performance of the team around you.
A NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence is required.
Why this one?
A genuine leadership seat with responsibility across two major Sydney markets, a team underneath you and the ability to influence leasing strategy rather than simply inherit a patch.
For someone who has built a strong leasing career and wants more ownership, visibility and influence, this is worth a conversation.
