Mahlab in Sydney is seeking a General Counsel & Company Secretary to lead legal, governance, risk and compliance across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive Team and lead a small team.

You will bring 10-15+ years of post-qualification experience, a Law degree with unrestricted Australian practising certificate, and proven governance and company secretariat capabilities in regulated or not-for-profit sectors.
