Sojitz Blue is seeking an experienced Undermanager to lead compliance and operational performance at our underground coal mine. You will ensure MOS and SHMS adherence, support the Underground Mine Manager, and drive safe, effective shift execution.

The role requires a current Queensland Undermanager certificate, proven underground mining experience, and strong leadership with effective stakeholder communication across the site.
