As Managing Director APAC, you will drive growth, strengthen key customer relationships, develop leadership capability and foster a high-performing culture.

About This Role

Reporting to the global leadership team, you will lead EDMI’s APAC business across Australia, Current Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand and Shanghai. With accountability for strategy, commercial results and operational performance, you will balance long-term vision with disciplined execution. As a member of the global leadership team, you will bring the APAC perspective to EDMI’s broader direction while leading the region through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the APAC strategy, translating EDMI's global objectives intosustainable regional growth.
- Hold full accountability for regional financial performance, including consolidated P&L; responsibility and business planning.
- Lead commercial, operational and customer functions to deliver exceptional business performance and customer outcomes.
- Build organisational capability and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Represent EDMI with senior customers, regulators,



government representatives and strategic partners.
- Contribute to EDMI's global strategy as a member of the international leadership team.
- Fulfil Company Director responsibilities, ensuring strong governance, risk management and compliance. Provide leadership across operations in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand and Shanghai.

What You'll Bring

- At least 15 years' senior leadership experience within the energy, utilities, IoT, smart technology or related sectors.
- Provensuccess leading complex regional operations and geographically dispersedteams.
- Astrong track record of delivering growth, profitability and organisationaltransformation.
- Strongcommercial and financial acumen, including full P&L; accountability,strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Experiencedeveloping corporate strategy, driving business development, leading majorcommercial negotiations and ensuring effective governance.
- Theexecutive presence, credibility and judgement to influence customers,regulators, government representatives, boards and global stakeholders.
- Strongchange leadership capability, with the ability to unite teams around ashared vision and purpose.
- Apassion for developing leaders, strengthening capability and shapinghigh-performing cultures.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
