Job Description

- Lead the CRO, experimentation and personalisation roadmap across digital channels.
- Provide recommendations to improve website design and functionality
- Build and manage a prioritised testing backlog based on customer and commercial opportunities.
- Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, session replay and voice-of-customer insights.
- Develop and validate hypotheses across acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation journeys.
- Design and execute A/B, multivariate and holdout tests.
- Partner with developers, designers and product teams to deliver test experiences.
- Communicate results, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and embed a test-and-learn culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRO Manager should have:

- 3-5+ years' experience in CRO,



experimentation or digital optimisation.
- Experience within retail, FMCG or high-volume ecommerce environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise experimentation and personalisation platforms.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and statistical significance.
- Experience with GA4, FullStory or similar behavioural analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capability.
