Bluestonerecruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator for a major commercial builder in Melbourne. You will prepare detailed cost plans, manage subcontractor pricing and tender analyses across current build and fit-out projects.

You'll review documents for cost risks, provide value engineering, and collaborate with pre-construction, design and delivery teams to optimise bids. A pathway to senior estimator is available for high performers.
