SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Lead Jotun Australia’s Supply Chain and Operations team to ensure our products and services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. The role will focus on HSEQ, inventory control, developing people, improving the way we work and supporting strong cooperation across Logistics, Production and other areas of the business.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop and support the Operations team in line with Jotun’s Leadership Expectations. Ensure employees are competent, engaged and enabled to meet current and future business needs. Ensure operational activities comply with local requirements, Jotun standards and relevant ISO standards. Take responsibility for HSEQ performance within the area of responsibility. Drive continuous improvement through the Jotun Operations System and agreed KPIs. Coordinate operational activities, priorities and improvement projects. Promote effective cooperation between Logistics and other functions. Ensure effective maintenance control systems and support the development of operational capacity across our warehouse network. Manage operational budgets, capital investments and improvement initiatives. Ensure efficient logistics, stock management and quality control of materials and finished goods across all warehouses. Work across functions to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

What We Look For
Formal requirements Relevant qualifications in related fields. Proven leadership experience within supply chain, logistics, production, operations or a related function. Demonstrate a willingness to lead, coach and develop teams/projects. Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management and operational planning. Motivation to drive continuous improvement and monitoring performance through KPIs. Good understanding of HSEQ requirements, operational compliance and relevant ISO standards. Experience with operational budgets and capital investment planning. Control of inventory levels with cooperation of financial KPI’s Strong written and spoken English skills.
Personal requirements
Must have full Australian working rights. Permeant Residency visa or Australian Citizenship An engaging leadership style focused on supporting and developing others. Ability to work independently, deliver results and take responsibility for outcomes.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across different functions. Sound judgement and the ability to analyse complex issues and identify practical solutions. Well organised, with the ability to plan effectively and manage competing priorities. A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
