MAX Technical Services, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a senior operations leader to drive service excellence across VIC, NSW, TAS and WA. You will lead field customer operations teams, deliver outstanding service outcomes and strengthen customer partnerships in a dynamic, customer-focused workplace.

Reporting to the Head of MAX Technical Services, you will turn strategy into action, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets and use data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
