Job Description

I'm currently working with a leading Building Services consultancy looking to bring on an experienced Associate or Principal Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.

The role will involve

- Leading electrical building services design across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments
- Winning recent work and building strong client relationships
- Managing project delivery and technical quality
- Mentoring and growing the electrical engineering team
- Working closely with Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection teams

Looking for someone with

- Australian Building Services consulting experience
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
- Strong technical electrical design background
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Good understanding of Australian Standards & the NCC
- Strong pipeline of projects, genuine career progression and a collaborative team culture.
