Western Sydney University is seeking a Senior Development Lawyer to own a diverse portfolio of property, construction, environmental and planning matters within the Office of General Counsel. You will craft commercial strategies, manage risk and deliver outcomes aligned with university objectives.

You will provide authoritative advice to senior stakeholders, negotiate and settle complex contracts, and guide major property transactions while ensuring governance and compliance across projects.
