CBRE in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Precinct Operations Manager to lead engineering and building services across two premium towers. You will report to the General Manager and mentor a small facilities team, driving strategic performance, CAPEX programs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications include 5+ years in engineering or facilities management at premium assets, a robust mechanical or electrical services background, and proven NABERS and energy management experience.
