The University of Sydney is seeking a Transformation Program Lead – Workforce Management to steer the WFM Target State Design and Implementation Roadmap. This role drives an HR-led, multi-year transformation across workforce planning, scheduling, system integration and compliance.

Lead governance, vendor selection and procurement for enterprise platforms within a federated university workplace. Holds overall program leadership responsibilities across budgeting and change management.
