About the Role:

Alois Australia is seeking a skilled Adobe AEM Developer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to deliver high-quality digital experiences, including robust AEM forms and React JS applications. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our clients’ digital presence through scalable and productive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AEM components and templates to meet client specifications and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and project managers, to define and execute technical solutions.
- Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Develop and maintain AEM forms and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user engagement.




- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and associated technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as an Adobe AEM Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in AEM, including AEM forms and Experience Data Services (EDS).
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React JS, and their integration with AEM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices will be advantageous.
