WesTrac is seeking a Site Performance Specialist (Asset Reliability Engineer) to optimise the Cowal Mine's fleet performance on Cat equipment. You will work with mine site leadership, maintenance teams and Caterpillar specialists to reduce downtime and influence maintenance strategy while expanding commercial and leadership capabilities.

The role offers a market-competitive salary package ($140k-$160k package dependent on experience) and a fully maintained company vehicle, with a Monday to Friday
