KeyResponsibilities:

- Developandimplementprogramsthatsupportthegrowthofdealerretailbusinesses,improvenetworkquality,andenhanceservicelevelsforendcustomers.
- ManagedealerprogramsandworkcloselywithGAAManagement,fieldstaff,anddealerstodevelopindividualannualdealerplans,monitornetworkperformance,andimplementappropriateactionsinatimelymanner.
- Identifyandassessnewdealerprospects,managedealerappointments,monitordealerperformance,andhandledealerterminationsascorefunctionsoftherole.
- WorkwiththeNetworkDirectorandNetworkManagerstoimplementthedealernetworkstrategyinlinewithGAA’ssalesplan.
- Managealllegalprocessesandcommunicationsrelatingtodealerappointmentandmanagement,includingstart-ups,terminations,relocations,andupgrades.
- ImplementandenforceGeelyCIstandards(facilityandprocess)acrossthedealernetwork,ensuringcompliancethroughregularaudits.




- Managedealerperformance,withperformancereviewedquarterlyandresultspresentedtoGAAManagementandtherespectivedealers.
- Reviewmonthlydealersubmissionsforaccuracyandkeyfinancialperformanceindicators.
- CollaboratewithdealerstodevelopcorrectiveactionplansalignedwithKPItargets.
- UndertakeadditionaldutiesorcontributetoprojectsrelatedtotheCompany’sbusinessoperations,includingprovidingleadershiporsupportasreasonablyrequiredandconsistentwiththeresponsibilitiesoftherole.

Qualifications:

- Provenexperience(typically8+years)indealernetwork/channelmanagement,preferablywithinanautomotiveOEM,importer,orlargedealergroupenvironment.
- Demonstratedcapabilityacrossthefulldealerlifecycle,includingnetworkdevelopment,dealerappointmentandonboarding,performancemanagement,andongoingnetworkoptimisation.
- Strongunderstandingofdealerretailoperationsandperformancedrivers,withexperiencesettingKPIs,reviewingresults,andimplementingcorrectiveactionplans.
- ExperienceimplementingandenforcingdealerstandardsandCIrequirements,withtheabilitytobalancecomplianceandcommercialoutcomes.
- Provenabilitytomanageformaldealerprocessesandstakeholdercommunications,workingeffectivelywithseniormanagement,internalteams,anddealerpartners.
- Highlystructuredandlogicalthinkerwithstrongexecutioncapability,resilience,andaproactive,drivenmindset,abletodeliveroutcomesinafast-pacedandevolvingenvironment.
