What you'll doAs the Principal Business Analyst, you will lead and manage business analysis activities across large and complex ICT programs and projects, driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks in line with Queensland Health standards. You will provide strategic and operational advice to support program and project direction, oversee business process modelling activities to ensure compliance with Queensland Health methodologies and notation standards, and mentor and support business analysts across the program. In this role, you will establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication across multiple projects, and lead specialised project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that support organisational objectives.About youWe are searching for someone who has:Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities on a large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry. (SFIA Skill: BUAN: Level 5).Demonstrated experience leading business process modelling activities for large scale complex organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). (SFIA Skill: BSMO: Level 5).High level knowledge and application of, appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 2.0 (BABOK). (SFIA Skill: METL: Level 5).Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
