Ventia is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Contract Administration & Works Coordinator to join our NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract team based in Parramatta. This role coordinates reactive and planned works, manages contract variations and ensures contractual compliance across a large portfolio.

Reporting to the Compliance & Administration Manager, you will connect operational teams, subcontractors and clients while maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring KPIs
