ELMO Software Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a customer-focused Support Consultant – Payroll to help customers diagnose and resolve payroll issues across the ELMO software suite.
This role requires hands-on experience with Australian and/or Recent Zealand payroll, robust problem-solving and explicit communication to explain solutions to non-technical users.
You will investigate cases, document steps, and collaborate with product teams to improve payroll support.
