BlueCare is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to deliver specialist social work services within Maryborough community care.
You will develop and implement treatment programs, manage caseloads, provide clinical counselling, and support clients and carers across the care continuum.
Required are Social Work qualifications and registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers; experience in aged care or health settings is a plus.
