Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business.
Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modelling.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.




Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) or equivalent.
Experience within property development
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
