The Role

You will operate across the production floor, rotating tasks and building skill across the full manufacturing process
Operate tape edge machinery to standard
Maintain build quality and flag issues early
Follow all safety protocols on the floor
Report daily production output to your supervisor




Support the team wherever the floor needs you

Who We're Looking For
Experience in tape edging or a factory/manufacturing setting
Physically fit and able to sustain output across a full shift
Reliable transport to Wetherill Park
Able to read, follow, and retain instructions
Safety-conscious - you look out for yourself and the people next to you
