Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Macalister Unit in Gippsland, Latrobe.
The role is full time (1.0 EFT) on an ongoing basis, with responsibilities spanning clinical leadership, workforce development, budget oversight, and governance to deliver recovery-oriented mental health care.
Ideal candidates will be Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA, postgraduate mental health qualifications, and extensive leadership experience in mental health nursing.
