Job Title: Community Speech Pathologist
Location: Melbourne
Salary: $80k – $210k FTE per annum + Super + PD + Bonus + Travel Allowance

Job Description:
We are seeking multiple highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologists to join the team.

As a Speechy, you will work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and with various diagnoses and conditions.

You will use evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.
Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.




Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license (travel allowances provided)
