Back Temp - Transport Administrator

Labourforce are seeking an Administration Officer for one of our largest cold storage clients located in the northern suburbs.
The role will run for approximately 2-3months with the possibility of extending.
Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm - Immediate start
This role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Customer Service main point of contact
Data Entry
Administration Duties
Work in a busy high paced team setting
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
Excellent computer and literacy skills




Sound experience in Microsoft, Excel and Word
Document, procedure writing
Transport and logistics experience
Strong written and verbal skills
High attention to detail
Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attribute
Robust customer service communication and interpersonal skills
Process driven
The successful applicant needs to have a can do attitude,robust interpersonal skills, the ability to plan, prioritize and multitask.Experience in the Transport industry highly desirable
