Core Talent is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the BMC and shared facilities within a large mixed-use development in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The role is permanent, full time, and based in office in Sydney.
You will independently manage the BMC operations, coordinate contractors, monitor safety and compliance, and maintain records across 237 residential lots, retail and hotel/club components.
Team-oriented with strata management and stakeholders.
