You will be the single contact point for residents and families, handling tours, admissions and the welcome process.
This hands-on role requires effective collaboration with lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance, admin and support services to ensure seamless resident experiences.
You will build solid relationships and drive customer service excellence.
