We are currently seeking an experienced practice manager/receptioist to join a well established medical practice located in Central Adelaide City.
Hours: Monday - Thurdsday 8.30am - 5pm.
No weekend work.
Currently a solo practice due to the retirement of associate.
As the practice manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring productive workflow, excellent patient service and the smooth running of the practice.
Key responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the medical practice.
Lead, supervise and support administration staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
Manage billing processes, Medicare claims and financial administration.
Maintain a high level of patient care.
Some reception work will also be required.
Requirements: Previous experience as a practice manager in a medical practice essential.
Robust people skills.
Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft billing systems.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance is highly regarded.
