Stryker is seeking a Field-based Regional Manager for Joint Replacement in Sydney, NSW.
You will lead a five-person sales team, drive regional revenue growth, and manage partnerships with orthopedic surgeons and hospitals across the region.
Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in implantable medical device sales and 2 years in leadership, with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Travel is around 20% with adaptable work arrangements across field-based and onsite settings.
