Hyatt Canberra is seeking a passionate Guest Service Officer to join our front office team, delivering welcoming, personalized service to guests from arrival to departure.
You will handle guest calls, check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries, with focus on creating signature experiences and resolving service issues.
Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Canberra area are valued; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism desirable; Opera knowledge is a plus.
