Administration Officer - Integrated Services

Market-competitive salary of $87,929 - $100,940 per annum + 12% Superannuation
About the role
You'll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across Integrated Services, including:
Coordinating meetings, calendars and general office activities
Preparing correspondence and documents and maintaining records
Supporting travel, purchasing, accounts and reporting
Maintaining registers, spreadsheets, databases and organisational systems
Taking meeting minutes and coordinating information with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with the coordination and planning of health promotion events
Providing general administrative support across the work area.
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident working across different priorities.
You'll bring strong administrative and communication skills,



sound judgement and experience using Microsoft Office, email, calendars, spreadsheets and other administrative systems.
You will also have a relevant qualification or experience equivalent to Certificate IV level, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through training and practical experience.
Experience within health, community services, an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation or remote service delivery setting would be highly regarded.
