Uniting NSW.ACT in Sydney CBD seeks a Senior Service Designer to lead human-centred research and map end-to-end donor and resident journeys across philanthropy and pastoral care.
You'll run co-design workshops, develop service blueprints, and translate insights into practical recommendations that improve experiences for donors, bequestors, residents and staff.
The role offers six-month projects or a combined 12-month contract, with versatile work options.
