Repco in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will work closely with the Store Manager, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
The role requires supervisory or ready-to-step-up experience, retail or trade familiarity with sales/wholesale/workshop activities, and ideally automotive parts knowledge.
