Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant for Townsville or Brisbane.
This full time position involves 38 hours per week in either the Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office.
You will deliver timely, accurate and friendly support by phone and online, and identify prospects to refer customers to current products and services to meet their needs.
The role operates on a rotating roster across weekday and Saturday hours.
