Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion

Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
n
Manage construction timelines, quality, and safety standards
n
Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams
n
Ensure projects remain on track and delivered to a high standard
n

About You n

Experience supervising residential builds with a Project or Custom Home Builder
n
Highly organised, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple sites
n
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong focus on identifying and resolving issues
n
A solid understanding of construction regulations, WHS requirements, and quality control processes
n
