Bunnings Group is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high‐volume stock management in a busy store.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead 180+ team members, coordinate with department managers and drive customer service and safety across the site.
You'll develop strategies for growth, monitor performance against sales and margin targets, and collaborate with distribution centres and store teams to deliver Best Experience.
