Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Process Optimisation Specialist to modernise finance operations and drive sustainable improvements across the Finance function. This 6-month max-term role sits alongside the Financial Controller to map processes from source to balance sheet, delivering faster, more reliable reporting.

You will identify automation opportunities, support transformation initiatives and partner with stakeholders to embed recent ways of working, including change management and training.
