Bailey Nelson in Paddington is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences from eye tests to frame selections. You’ll act as a key driver of sales, with two days a week dedicated to owning the store and guiding staff to deliver top service.

You’ll receive hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, ongoing coaching, and robust internal promotion opportunities as the brand expands across ANZ.
