Wishbone's opening team in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Sommelier to provide exceptional wine service, manage cellar operations and craft memorable guest experiences. You’ll work closely with Lucas Collective’s wine leadership to elevate the wine program across the venue.

This hands-on role requires extensive wine knowledge, a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to perform in a quick-paced setting.
