Catholic Healthcare Limited’s Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) in the Illawarra region seeks a Clinical Aged Care Assessor. The role covers local travel, assessments of complex needs, and determining eligibility for home support services, with autonomy and regional flexibility.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain up-to-date knowledge of funded and non-funded services, and contribute to service improvements while meeting KPIs.
