BlueCare in Mt Isa and surrounding areas is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred support in clients' homes and communities.
You will conduct intake and screening, develop and review individualised care plans, and provide daily living assistance, transport and social support while maintaining accurate records in CRM/CMS.
A valid Cert III Aged Care and driver's licence are essential.
