Job Description
Menindee Health Service is seeking an experienced Health Service Manager to join their team in Menindee, NSW on a contract basis, commencing as soon as possible through to October .
This is an chance to lead clinical operations and service delivery in a regional healthcare setting, bringing your nursing management expertise and emergency response capabilities to a community-focused health service.
Lead triage operations and clinical workflows in a regional health service setting
Apply your Nurse Manager experience and Advanced Life Support credentials to drive quality patient care
Contract role based in Menindee, NSW with flexibility to shape service delivery during your tenure
About the Candidate




Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or equivalent clinical leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in triage assessment and patient prioritisation
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
Experience with Registered Aged Nurse (RAN) scope or equivalent aged care clinical knowledge
Robust ability to manage clinical teams and coordinate emergency response protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Post-graduate qualification or formal training in health service management or clinical leadership
Additional emergency or acute care certifications (such as TNCC or equivalent trauma training)
